I help women learn to manage overwhelming anxiety after experiencing hurtful experiences, stressful events, and medical trauma by providing a safe space to explore feelings and heal difficult emotions.

I will support you and help you heal your underlying painful experiences. Working together, we will learn to create positive changes in your mind and body. You can then begin to regain the skills for building joy and meaning into every day.

Before I became a therapist, I was a musician, artist, military wife, and mother of three boys, however, I have enjoyed working as a therapist with women for the past seven years.
